DQ5のビアンカと言えばどうしても凌辱が多いものだが、何年たっても純愛かつ妊娠まで行ってるのはなかなか出てこない。また質が高いものも同様。

序盤では再開直後に性処理だけで終わらせようとした彼女にがっついて中出しを決め、後半からは冒険が終わって以後だろう、3人目を宿して妊婦状態のビアンカとラブラブセックスを繰り広げる。
もっといっぱい子どもを作って欲しい。
