これは最初から本編と一緒に購入した方が良いだろうと思いますね。両方合わせて購入しても価格は知れていますし。
ゲーム本体のパッチの方は単純に上書きですので、余り悩む部分も無かろうと思います。
あらゆる台詞に声が入ってる訳では無いですが、モブとのやりとりにも主人公側にはボイスがあるので、値段考えると非常に良心的じゃないかと。
