毎日病院内マップから自分の陰毛を剃ってもらう相手を選んでいくので目当ての子を選んでいけば個別エンドなので簡単。一部選択(千春、みどり)ですが、基本的に剃毛は強制なんで安心してパイパンを拝めます。
パイパンに少しでも興味があれば、プレイすることをすすめます。
