絶頂監獄というタイトルなだけあって、何度も繰り返し絶頂させられます。
拷問陵辱という残虐性極まりない内容になっておりますが、快楽堕ちの色が強いので実用性が高いです。
また、ヒロインが特殊能力の持ち主なので、少年漫画等のバッドエンディングを見ているような面白さもありましたね。
