最近やりたいことがあるのになんだかやる気が出ないというよくわからない状態だったので購入してみました
「目標をクリアする度に催眠で気持ちよくなる度合いが高くなるという暗示」とありますが、これ結構効きますね(笑)
時間も30分程度なので毎日寝る前に聞いてます
