今作は責め側が女王という立場で、責められる側の男は下々の者ですので最初から立場的には負けています。

始めは必死に抵抗していましたが、女王の体に触れなければ射精ができなくなる術を掛けられ、射精を管理されどんどん追い詰められていきます。
今作では初めから立場的に弱くより管理されている感が出ています。
