ストーリーは今までのヒーローの憂鬱シリーズから繋がっているので、前の作品を持っていればより楽しめます。
前作までは捕らえられるまでのお話で、今作は敵アジトに連れ去られネットリ快楽調教されちゃいます。
激しいプレイは無いのですが、じわじわ追い込んでいくような責め方でとてもエロかったです。
あと敵の表情や視線の使い方もエロく、目でも犯されている気になります。
