まず今作は過去作の催眠同居性活と催眠銃でヤリたい放題の後日譚となっているので、そちらをプレイしていることが前提のストーリーとなっています。
同日発売のCG集との違いは基本おなじですが、ゲーム版のみ見れるシーンがあり、またHシーン前後のやりとりなども見たいという方にはゲーム版をオススメします。
過去作を持っておらず、Hシーンだけすぐに見たい方はCG集でもいいと思います。
