禁書目録をパロディしたイカサマ麻雀ゲームです。

主人公は「美琴」「上条」「一方通行」の三人の中から一人を選び、ストーリーに沿って様々な相手と二人麻雀で対決します。ただ戦うだけではなく、経験値を使って能力開発を行い、有効牌をツモりやすくしたり、イカサマ技を強化したり、アイテムを装備したりと、やればやるほど勝率が上がっていく仕様なので、麻雀初心者でも安心してプレイできます。
