虫の地位向上を目指すリグルが何でも屋として幻想郷の様々な人間や妖怪達から依頼を受けるストーリーになっています。

RPGとなっていますが戦闘と呼べるものは無く、依頼はすべてミニゲームをクリアーする事で達成していきます。全体的に連打が必要になるゲームが多いので、連射機付きのゲームパッドが有るとクリアーが楽になります。
