夢精体験してみたくて購入したのですが、残念ながら夢精できませんでした。
もともと音量を絞って聞いていたためか、子守唄のパートは声が聞こえなくなりました。そして気になってボリューム上げたり。
起きたらイヤホンが外れていたので、夢精パートをちゃんと聞けたのかは不明です。

事前準備として寸止め状態にしておくといいのかなと思いました。次回こそ夢精できるように再度挑戦しようと思います。
