いわくつきの家に越してきた主人公が座敷童子の女の子とHしちゃう話。

座敷童子ちゃんがとにかく可愛いです。ストーリー性もあるので結構楽しめます。

妖怪とか幽霊系が好きな人にオススメですね。

セリフ有りとセリフ無しの2種類があります。CGも綺麗で可愛かったです。ほのぼのしていて良い感じでした。
