前作までのシリーズと同じ、ほとんどの男性が機能しなくなって世界で、巨根を持つ主人公が人妻とやりまくる話。
主人公の巨根を見ただけで、一気に女の顔になる欲求不満の人妻達がすばらしい。
無駄なシーンが一切なく、テンポよくさくさくと進みます。
選択肢がなかったのが残念と言えば残念ですが、その分、一周するだけで全てのシーンをコンプリートできるというメリットがあります。
