催眠日記さんの最初の作品ということで前々から気になっていたので購入しました。催眠導入はさすがでいろいろな基本技法が使ってありすんなり催眠状態にはいることができました。ただオナ指示からはかなり淡白ですので、少し拍子抜けしてしまった感も否めませんが、催眠の心地よさを再認識させてくれる良作ですので、催眠の入門編としておすすめです。
