チンピクを我慢するという今までに無い方法で我慢を強いてくる作品です。発想は素晴らしいと思います。
また、我慢している間は両手を乳首に置くため、尚更に快感に敏感になってしまい、我慢が困難になります。
個人的にはチンピクをしてしまったら、乳首を刺激するという制約でも良さそうな気がしましたが、それだと恐らく射精には至らないのでしょう。
なので、このような調整も絶妙だと思います。
