家庭教師の主人公が生徒の○学生ヒロインとHな関係にという作品。
所々選択肢を選んで進めるアドベンチャー形式で、最終的にヒロインと結ばれてゆくというのが本筋。
途中出てくる同じマンションの住人や、知り合いの誘惑にどう対処するかがエロシーンやエンディングに影響します。

あくまでロリヒロインとの絡みがメインで、脇役達とのエロシーンにあまり尺はとられていません。
個人的にヒロインより脇役に魅力を感じてしまい、少々不満ではありました。
ロリ好きな方ならといったところです。
