紹介でも説明ありますが約3時間ととても長いです。
3時間もずっと聞いていられるのかという不安がありました。

時間は長いのですが、その掛かった時間の分だけ催眠も持続がすごく、途中で覚めることが無いまま終わりました。

自分の場合ですが、聞いている最中は常に頭の中は靄が掛かっているような感じと体はふわふわ浮きっぱなしの感覚でした。
身体の状態は個人差があると思いますが、
深く長～く催眠に掛かれる作品ではないかと思います。

長いので気軽には聞けませんが、時間が出来たときには
是非試していただきたい作品です。
