退魔忍達6人が組織に恐るべき人体実験を受け、身も心も快楽に溺れて堕ちて行く姿を描かれており、退魔忍ごとに様々な人体実験やその経過や報告、そして、退魔忍達の末路も細かく書かれています。

特に一番よかったのは新人退魔忍の桔梗の陵辱シーンで、健気な少女が容赦ない人体実験を受け、苗床へ堕ちて行く姿が最高でした。
