何気ない会話だと思い、聞いていると、会話の中に混じった誘導を無意識に受け入れやすく、他の催眠音声とは違ったかかりやすさがありました。
また、誘導を含め、軽い感じで進んでいくため、変に意識をする必要もなく、聞いている中で勝手に力が抜けていき、初心者にもやさしいのではないでしょうか。
