今作は、医者という立場で女の子にエロい事する作品。前作、おやすみレイパー2より色々出来る、もちろん睡眠姦もちゃんと出来ます。

睡眠薬を飲ませれば、寝ている女の子の反応を楽しみめる。媚薬を使えば、通常とは違う淫乱な女の子の反応を楽しめます。
実に、すばらしい作品です。次回作も楽しみに待っています。
