エルフの王国の女性たちが、オークやゴブリン、異形の蟲に孕まされるCG集です。
陵辱者たちがいい意味で気持ち悪い造形ですね。
やられる側は、精神的に追い詰められたり強い嫌悪感を抱かせられたりと、「犯される」状態の表現がグッドです。
最後に前作で孕まされた王妃王女親子が出てきますので、前作「3」も合わせて買うとより楽しめると思います。
