購入してから2週間、なんどか試してみましたが、自覚して夢をみることは出来ませんでした。
レム睡眠のタイミングが合っていないのか、無音のあとに声をかけられるとそのまま完全に目が覚めてしまう感じです。
ただ、そんな状態でも、ぼんやり気持ちいい感覚は味わえるので買って損はなかったと思います。

できれば、連続絶頂とかの誘導も欲しかったかな。
