耳かきをしてくれる店員とお客の関係、
あくまで接客として耳かきをするせりさんです。
それが恋人の耳かき等とは違う別の癒しを感じました。

何も考えず安らぎだけを求めている人におすすめします。
旧verではクッキーを掻いてるような音がしますがver1.5では改善されています。
旧verも残っていて2種類楽しめると思ったらお得です。
ちなみに自分は前者が好きなのです。
