安定の黒井弘騎シナリオ。機械姦から脳姦まで幅広く用意された中規模作品です。戦闘→敗北→凌辱はもはや様式美。本作の特徴は、意志を持った触手スーツを着て戦う変身ヒロインであるということ。しかも2作目であるため、主人公はスーツから調教済み。前作のようにスーツが厄介な相棒というより、もはや同棲している恋人同士に見える。もし触手純愛というジャンルがあるとしたら、その完成型のひとつかもしれない。
