女の子を搾乳できるように改造し、おっぱいを絞る作品。
タイトルに乳牛とある通り、搾乳シーンが豊富で、搾乳にもこだわりがあり、手での搾乳や機械での搾乳と複数パターンあります。
膨乳描写もあり。入所した普通体系の女の子たちが、少しずつおっぱいを大きくされていく様子も描かれています。
ちょっと絵柄には癖がありますが、膨乳、搾乳が好きな人にはお勧めできる作品です。
