冒頭カラーの作品は妊婦さん｢達｣が勤めるファミレスで性的サービスをしてくれるというマニアックながらもライトなもの。
ライトとはいっても細かな描写が丁寧で、実用的であり、後に続く作品を期待させてくれるものになっています。
読み進めていくにつれ、プレイもストーリーも濃厚で背徳感を増して行きます。
驚くのが妊婦さんが、「単にお腹が大きい人」でなく、しっかり「妊娠している」「お腹に赤ちゃんが居る」と感じさせてくれるところ。
紹介文の「妊婦愛」に偽りなし、といった感じです。
