最初から最後までずっと、優しい声に導かれます。

作品内容にもある通り「楽園」がテーマとなっていて、すやすやとした気持ちよさと、好きなだけ感じられる気持ちよさで包まれます。

時間は40分と比較的短めですが導入・深化は充分で、全体的に見ても満足感があります。
手足を動かす指示は無いので、そういったことが苦手な方にもオススメです。
