前作トリガーハッピーの続編。
アクションゲームとしてもそうだがそれ以外の部分にも力が入っており、かなりボリュームのある作品になっている。

ゲームの難易度は、クリアするだけならそれほど難しくないが、やりこみ要素まで含めるとそれなりの難易度になっている。
個人的には追尾弾のでるスナイパーライフルが使いやすいとおもう。
前作未プレイだとキャラクターの関係が若干わかりづらいが、それでも十分に楽しめる作品になっている。
