新シリーズとなる屍の意識体術ですが、内容としては説明通りまさしく武術極意と言われる内容を稽古出来るものとなっていました。
お手軽な値段ですが内容は本物で真面目に稽古すれば身体操法の技術が向上することは間違いないと思います。
こういった基礎の部分はあらゆるものに通じる部分ですので、発想次第では日常生活等様々な場面で活用できると思います。
習っていて損はないと思いますので興味がある方は購入してみることをおすすめします
