バイノーラル使用催眠音声ということですが、個人的に驚いたのはその時間の短さです。再生時間は50分も無い。

催眠音声は導入部分にどうしても時間がかかり、聞くほうもそれに備えなければいけない事があります。

そこをこの作品は、非常に短時間にまとめている印象でした。
個人差はあると思いますが、すぐに没入できると思います。
時間の無い方もにお勧めです。
