オススメ！すごい!

ヘミシンクを使ったものに初めて挑戦したのですが、
初回視聴で、ステップ(?)4くらいでガンガン入っていました。
あと少しで意識が体から引き剥がされそうな位までいきましたが、
頭の所が外れずに•••、って感じでした。
繰り返し聞いて見ようと思います。
ただし、結構体力使いました。
これはなれるものでしょうか?
