おむつ着用義務の学園にて、同じ学校の可愛い女子達のオムツを交換するという大変羨ましい係の座を手に入れた主人公が早速それを実行していく、という体で5人の女の子のオムツ交換の様子が描写されております。
しっかり羞恥があってオムツの中のおしっこ・うんちもたっぷりで見応えがありました、モザイクが惜しいくらいですな～
今回は1人だけオムツを嫌がってパンツにおもらししてしまっている娘もおり、シチュもビジュアルもアクセントとして上手く機能していると思いました!
是非皆様も汚した下着とお尻を後始末される女の子に萌えてください♪
