特区の中であれば何時でもどこでも好きな時に自由にできるという世界の話です。
主人公は2人居て、1人は特区外から移住してきた人でもう1人は特区で生まれ育った人の話になります。
特区外から来た主人公はとにかく目についた相手とヤリまくるといった感じになります。
特区内で育った主人公は特区内での各年代でどのようなことを行っていたか回想的なことが多いです。

どちらもロリ相手の話があり、むっちりした人はあまり出てきません。
ロリ好きな人にはオススメです。
