音声自体には安眠効果は感じられないです。少なくとも私には。ただし、聴き終わると、満足して落ちます。てか、結構はぁはぁしますよ?
基本的には、聴いてる間に、息子さんは目ざめた時のような状態にまで成長しているでしょうから、少しの手助けで大人にしてあげられるでしょう。
喘いでいるだけ、とは、内容がストレートすぎて「んー…」と思うかもしれませんが、ストレートだけに没入度100%、脳髄直撃、妄想無限大DETH!
