タイトル通り正当進化という言葉はこの為にあると言ってもいいくらいの作品です。

前作とは異なり自由に街を作る事が出来ますし、キャラの属性にも幅が出ています。

また強力なラスボスを求める方にもきっとご満足いただけるであろう敵がトリを務めています。
