まずは前半のゼリー浣腸からの排泄管理。
これだけでもかなり好きな展開なのですが、後に出て来るマトイの顔にぶちまけてしまうという使い方はお見事。
ふたなり化したマトイが欲望に負けてチンカスの塊をパティに食わせてしまうところも見どころ豊富。
次作に繋がらないバッドエンドIFでは、おかしくなった頭を治されたマトイがまた壊されていく姿が見られます。
IF含めて吐瀉シーンが何回もあるのでお好きな人には堪らない。
