これを使うと本当に10～15分で寝てしまいますね!なんでかはわかりませんが笑
最初の5分くらいは癒されるな～といった感じなんですが、それからはだんだん意識が遠くなって、気づいたら朝になっています。音声作品に理解がある不眠症の友達がいたら教えてあげましょう。
