学校でお漏らししてから家に籠ってしまった姉を妹が愛情を示して姉の心を満たしていくお話です。終始お漏らしや飲尿などのプレイが続きますが姉妹という点や姉がその行為に慰められているなどの描写もあって比較的マイルドで、あまり馴染みのない人でもお勧めです。引きこもってるお姉ちゃんの内情はどことなく健気で可愛いなと思いました。また妹の方も可笑しな部分がありますが基本的に姉想いなところがあってよかったです。そして妹はご主人様となり、姉は堕ちちゃいますが納得のいく展開と最後でした。
