丹田というものを今回は習得するわけですが難しい知識とかは入りません。知識があったり、何か武道をやっている方などはなお取り組み易いとは思います。私は知識も経験もありませんが分かりやすく学べましたし、稽古も要点を得て、修行のようにきついわけではないので実践しやすかったです。

PDFファイルはさらに詳しく書いてあるので知識面もきちんと学べました。
