本作のヒロインはイギリス少女とブラジル少女ですが、ただ記号的に存在するのではなく、キャラ立てがしっかりしているため思い入れを持って楽しむことができました。特に後者は日本のヤンキー少女とも違う独特の魅力がありました。
　国が変われどやることは一緒、男と女はつがうように出来ている。しかし、互いに背負ってきた文化の違えば違うほど、交わりの味は深くなる。その深みの一端を味見させてもらったように感じました。
