突然の死から突然のゾンビ化(グール)に見舞われた主人公が周りの女性を犯して自身の眷属にしていくRPGの続編

今作では前作の街とは異なる舞台での探索かつ、同伴システムによる多彩な謎解きがあるため、ストーリー進行においても楽しみがある

エロシーンは前作同様最初は嫌々→眷属になったらメロメロといった流れなのだが新たな個性に溢れたキャラばかりなので前作既プレイの方も充分楽しめる
