ダイエットサポートにと初めて購入しました。
誘導がとてもやさしく、無理がないので、穏やかな気持ちで聴くことができます。

基本、BGM付きB版を聴いていますが、BGMもお気に入り。

解除前の言葉も緩やかだけど、前向きな気持ちにしてくれるので、大好きですし、解除の仕方も、無理がないので、別で試したことのあるダイエット用の催眠音声に比べても、負担がなくて、無理をせず続けることができます。

目下、理想のスタイルをメインに聴いていますが、イメージダイエットになってとってもイイ感じです。

また、別の作品も聴いてみたいと思っています。
