睡眠音声に従うか、自主的に睡眠状態になって聞く作品のため催眠音声とは大きく異なる音声です。ですので、トランス状態に誘導されることはなく、音声に掛かれるかどうかには催眠以上の個人差があるように思いました。
それでも、単純にシチュエーションを楽しむ音声として気持ちのいいトラックもあり、個人的にはそちらの方を気に入りました。
全体的に心地よい声質と音声ということもあり、夢を見られるかどうかに限らず、買って損はない作品だと思います。
