あくまでも普通に仲の良かった兄妹が、風邪を引いた兄(聴き手)の看病で急接近という展開ですが、”普通の看病”のシーンは殆ど無く、妹が作った栄養ドリンクのせいでムラムラしてしまった兄のモノをフェラチオしてくれるという流れとなっています。
その後は添い寝での寝かしつけ、風邪が治った翌日の耳かきと癒し重視の内容となっています。

妹との関係がふとしたキッカケで変わるという展開や、エッチの時の辿々しい感じが特に良かったです。
