過去の「もんむすクエスト」シリーズのようになんちゃってRPGではなく、正統派ターン式RPG。
一般の魔物娘もプレイアブルキャラになり大幅にボリュームアップ。

ただ、職業、種族、特殊能力など新システムが複数導入されたので、ゲームを始めてもしばらくは把握しきれないほどの情報に混乱するかもしれない。
クリアだけならそこまで時間がかかるわけではないが、現在もシステムの追加更新を繰り返しているので、やりこむつもりだと前章だけでも膨大な時間がかかる。
