精神が幼児化する薬を偶然手に入れた兄(主人公)は、半信半疑だがとりあず妹に盛ってみた　ってところから話はスタートする。

妹は、案外上手く効いてきたのか生意気じゃなかった頃のみたいな態度になったので、色々イタズラをするが・・・実は、という設定が面白かった。
