青娥によって生み出された「不幸な死を遂げた胎児の霊」を孕まされた霊夢が凌辱される作品です

霊夢が快楽に溺れながら産んだり、同じく胎児を孕んだふたなり早苗が霊夢を犯した直後に出産するなどのシーンがあります
生まれてくる胎児のグロテスクさも相まって、作品を通して非常にハードかつダークな雰囲気でしたが、
それがムチましく描かれたキャラクターをより一層エロく際立たせていました
