二組の姉弟が登場人物の、どちらもタイトル通り関係性が逆転してしまうお話です。
弟をいじめて楽しんでいた姉と、弟のいたずらに抵抗できなかった姉。二人ともきっかけがあって立場が逆になるのですが、そこまで変わるものか?　というくらい劇的に変わってしまいます(もちろん、どちらもエロ方面は格段にレベルアップ)。二組の変化の仕方が真逆なので、全く違う楽しみ方ができてお得です。
絵柄はかわいい感じで、エロいシチュエーションとのギャップがあっていいと思います。
