前作茜町物怪録の続編という事で前作の町、主人公などが登場します。
前主人公との絡みや過去の事件などを交えつつも前作未プレイでも解りやすいつくりになっています。

ドットも良くできていて巨乳主人公の胸が揺れまくります。
探索型RPGで戦闘などは一切なく、事件の解決方法がエロなのでストーリを進めていけばシーンも集まるのでサクサククリアできます。
