正直自分が催眠にかかれているのかどうかはよく分かりません。
ですが、寝る前に部屋を真っ暗にして聞くととても心地よくなり、ぐっすり眠る事ができます。
ふわふわとした気持ち良さというかなんというか…。
声優さんも癖のない落ち着いたお声の方なので、非常に聞き取りやすく心が落ち着く作品です。
